Job Summary
A landscaping company is in need of a Remote Outdoor Home Services Sales Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Building and leading the sales organizations
- Managing the budget, strategy, metrics, and building of a world-class organization
- Recruiting, retaining and scaling a world-class remote based team
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven track record leading high-performing inside sales teams
- Able to set a vision, execute on a strategy
- Explicitly have managed managers
- Have managed teams no smaller than 40 members
