Job Summary

A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Outdoor Products Customer Satisfaction Quality Manager in Towson.

Must be able to:

  • Resolve significant quality issues
  • Define the strategic direction, targets and goals for the quality portfolio over the next 5 years
  • Carry out data analytics to determine key warranty drivers and agree improvement activities

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience with direct proven experience
  • Experience in Project Leadership, Engineering or Quality Engineering
  • Experience working with Outdoor products would be advantageous
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to lead corrective actions, working with multiple design teams
