Job Summary

A healthcare services company is filling a position for a Remote Outpatient Coding Education and Training Leader.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing constructive review and feedback to assist in the development of instructional materials
  • Administering, implementing, and updating the overall coding (Inpatient and Outpatient) education program
  • Administering curriculum for coders to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for competency

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in production coding
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Ability to deliver and teach complex coding concepts to large groups of coders
