Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Outpatient Coding Resolution Specialist in Richmond.

Must be able to:

  • Compile daily work list from eRequest, CRT, and/or other systems
  • Monitor the aging of accounts held by an alert/edit
  • Prioritizes aged accounts first and report to leadership

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • RHIA, RHIT, and/or CCS
  • Skills in ICD-10-CM, CPT/HCPCS, and associated reimbursement knowledge
  • 1 year of acute care observation and/or same day surgery HOSPITAL outpatient coding experience
