Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Outpatient Medical Coder.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assigning accurate Evaluation and Management codes
• Training and educating staff on coding issues and plays a significant role in coding compliance activities

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer/communication skills for provider and staff interactions
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology and disease process, medical terminology, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and appropriately prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• A minimum of three year experience in the outpatient setting
