Remote Outpatient Physician Coding Auditor

Job Summary

A healthcare financial software company is seeking a Remote Outpatient Physician Coding Auditor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Auditing Physician coding using your background in Physician coding, billing, and reimbursement guidelines
• Utilizing your understanding of medical terminology, coding, contractual agreements, and various payment methodologies
• Utilizing good time management skills and the ability to work independently

Required Skills:

• CPC, CPMA, RHIA, RHIT, CCS-P, CCS and/or CCA certification
• CPC-A certification with <1 year of physician coding and auditing experience acceptable
• Knowledge of auditing and/or coding with CPT/HCPCS/ICD10 diagnosis and PCS
• HS diploma required
