Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Outpatient Registered Nurse Case Manager in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating of member’s care through the health care continuum
- Collaborating with member, provider, facility and health plan care team
- Providing health education, coaching and treatment decision support for members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting; direct patient care experience
- Current, unrestricted license RN license in the State of Nevada
- Intermediate level of proficiency using a PC in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain nursing licenses in CA, UT, LA and AZ within 6 months of employment
