Remote Outpatient Surgery and Observations Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Coders with Outpatient Surgery and Observations experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote medical records coding and abstracting services to clients nationwide
• Work remotely from a home office
• Ensure coding compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• One of the following credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, or CIC
• At least 1 year of coding experience in Outpatient Surgery / Same Day Surgery and Observations coding
• Strong OPS/SDS and OBS coding skills
• Ability to work from home using high-speed internet
• Experience with EMR, multiple encoders, and abstracting systems preferred
