A healthcare software solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Outpatient Surgery Coder.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing patient records and assign accurate codes
- Using ICD-10-CM and CPT / HCPCS
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have 3 years of continuous hospital coding experience in the areas of ED, Observation, and Same Day Surgery
- Must be a Certified Coding Specialist, Registered Health Information Technician, or Registered Health Information Administrator
- 2 - 5 years experience
- Must have ICD-10-CM/PCS training
