Job Summary

An information management provider is seeking a Remote Outpatient Surgery Remote Coder.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing coding services to our clients
• Reviewing medical records and assigning pertinent diagnosis and procedure codes
• Abstracting appropriate information from the medical record

Required Skills:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS or CCS-P credential from AHIMA; or COC or CPC credential from AAPC
• 2 year Degree or equivalent and 1 or more years of recent coding experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in assigning CPT, ICD-10-CM, and PCS
• Top OPS coding skills
• Ability to work from home using high-speed Cable, DSL, or Satellite internet
