Remote Outreach Communications Specialist

Job Summary

An international nonprofit has an open position for a Remote Outreach Communications Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Support end-to-end management of national email campaigns
• Develop communications resources, including messaging guides with sample outreach language and process documents
• Plan and execute email and social media content calendars that align with organization priorities, forecasts, and pivots

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale email marketing campaigns
• Experience developing engaging social media content across a variety of platforms
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills with an orientation towards customer service
• Knowledgeable in market and user research and A/B testing
• Highly organized and detail-oriented project management skills
• Skilled in collecting and analyzing data to track outcomes against established goals and make recommendations
