Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Outreach Coordinator, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members to introduce programs and invite participation
• Capture and maintain accurate member information in a CRM system
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals related to enrollment and call quality

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience required; healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Must have high-speed internet (30 MBPS)
