Job Summary

Remote Outreach Specialist, responsible for engaging eligible members through outbound calling to drive enrollment in the 2nd.MD Program, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to engage eligible members and drive enrollment
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to address member needs and overcome objections
• Document conversations and manage follow-up activities to close enrollment opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Ability to work towards individual performance targets
• Comfortable with a structured schedule, Monday to Friday
