Job Summary
A health benefits company has an open position for a Remote Outreach Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Serve as the initial and main point of Field contact between the Company and the current and potential members
- Respond to telephone, written, and in-person inquiries
- Provide timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- HS Diploma
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Understanding of the basic principles of managed care
- Understanding of the various cultural and linguistic needs of the Medicaid and SCHIP population
- Must be able to work 8AM - 6 PM EST
