A payment solution provider has a current position open for a Remote Outreach.io Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing our technical stack for our sales organization and all its integrations
• Troubleshooting and assisting the sales organization in solving day-to-day issues
• Support and help create content for new sales projects, plus create and host trainings

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Extensive knowledge of Outreach.io is required
• High degree of technical aptitude is required
• Must have access to a wired internet connection
• Must have access to at least a 25 megabits per second (mbps) download
• Excel at solving both for people and process problems
• Can understands the roles, responsibilities, and interconnections between our sales organization and our supporting operations teams
