Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Outside Meeting Originator FAM in Conshohocken.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Utilizing knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the Company’s loan products
- Spending the majority of their time calling on clients and business prospects
- Analyzing customer circumstances for purchase or refinance, financial background, and reviews the availability of all loan products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience originating mortgage loans
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Mustbe able to meet qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act
- Must remain current on any and all applicable registration, licensing and training obligations required under the SAFE Act and/or any other state, federal or local laws
- Expected to close a minimum of 5 loans per quarter
