Job Summary
A reverse mortgage lender has a current position open for a Remote Outside Sales Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing a strong presence for Company including but not limited to, developing relationships with Realtors
- Participating in all steps related to the origination of a mortgage loan
- Learning various borrowing programs and processes and staying current with changes and new products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend various rallies, luncheons, and events
- NMLS License Required under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- A minimum of 2 years of current outside sales origination experience
- Thorough knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
- Good knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, procedures, documentation and systems
- All other requirements necessary for this position
