Job Summary

An accounting firm is seeking a Remote Outsourced Accounting Project Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Writing, editing, and sending welcome letters and proposals to clients
• Tracking and managing client billing
• Working with team leaders to ensure document accuracy

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2-4 Years experience in project management work experience as a project coordinator or similar role
• 1-2 Years experience proofing and editing
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
