Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Overnight IT Service Desk Support.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be the Initial point of contact for customers
  • Provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Assist with navigating around application menu

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to work at least the first 60 days in office
  • Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course
  • Or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery Relevant IT qualifications
  • 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
