Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Overnight IT Service Desk Support.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the Initial point of contact for customers
- Provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Assist with navigating around application menu
Required Skills:
- Must be able to work at least the first 60 days in office
- Working knowledge of data and voice network concepts
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a relevant certificate course
- Or relevant experience in Information Technology service delivery Relevant IT qualifications
- 6 months of IT Service Desk experience
