A digital mental health company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Overnight Online Mental Health Coach in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Checking in regularly to offer support/encouragement, track successes and setbacks
  • Listening, building strong rapport through text-based chat

Required Skills:

  • Quarterly in-person trainings at our headquarters in San Francisco
  • Knowledge of coaching techniques such as Motivational Interviewing
  • Fluency in Google Suite
  • At least 6 months of supervised experience as a coach, counselor or therapist
