Job Summary
An online merchandise website is in need of a Remote Overnight Order Exceptions Customer Service.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and handle daily exceptions with customer orders
- Offer helpful personable interaction
- Alert the leadership team to problems and help execute the best solution
Qualifications for this position include:
- Able to work 10:15 PM - 7:15 AM throughout the week
- Able to complete four consecutive days of training during the hours of 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to provide a suitable home office, including computer and high-speed internet
