Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Overnight Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working on complex server and network issues
  • Performing a wide variety of IT support
  • Working with the rest of the remote support team and technical account managers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to attend semi-annual in person meeting (Company paid)
  • Microsoft Windows (server and desktop), Microsoft Office Suite
  • 3 + years of RECENT professional experience
  • Microsoft Exchange (administration and troubleshooting)
  • Networking connectivity & related equipmentVirtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V/VMWare)
  • Backup Technologies such as Datto, Shadow Protect
