A healthcare business and operations provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Overpayment Analyst in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Monitoring take-backs and initiating refunds as appropriate
• Accepting phone calls and resolving patient concerns related to account balances
• Reviewing and resolving credit balances
