Job Summary
A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Overpayment Pharmacy Claims Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading development and implementation of overpayment programs
- Developing analytics and reporting needed to support the day-to-day business
- Establishing solid metrics surrounding inventory management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Pharmacy Claims experience, or 8+ years of equivalent experience
- 2+ years of project leadership & implementation experience
- Data Driven, strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and follow in a timely manner
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional, organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
