A short-term rental management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Owner Experience Software Engineering Manager.

- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Being responsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing complex projects with significant impact

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8+ years of overall Software Development experience
- 3+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
- Hired, developed, and managed a team of 7+ engineers
- Ability to resolve conflicts
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience designing and implementing high-volume mobile apps and web applications built on React, React Native, and Node.js
