A membership organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote P and C Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing a high level of customer-focused sales in a high volume, fast paced call center environment
- Recognizing and promoting cross-sales opportunities
- Completing membership and/or insurance applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession and maintenance of appropriate state insurance sales licenses
- Possession of current 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty insurance sales license
- Able to provide a high level of customer-focused service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
