Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote PaaS Staff Engineer in Palo Alto.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical leadership for the team that will focus on building Telco cloud-native 5G Platform
  • Working with product managers to translate requirements into design and functional specs
  • Mentoring engineers on design, good coding practices

Required Skills:

  • Leading and architecting experience on cloud native technologies such as container and Kubernetes
  • Experience in Cloud Native Architectures and Open Source Software
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Golang and a scripting language such as Python
  • Sound software engineering and development background
  • Excellent communication skills essential as this is a global team
  • Track record in large-scale system software development
