Job Summary

A company that manufactures paper and plastic flexible packaging products needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Packaging Regional Sales Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Recruiting, selecting and managing sales representatives
• Developing a working relationship with the Top 10 Region Customers
• Updating and managing the CRM Tool

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience managing, coaching and developing direct reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player with ability to build lasting productive business relationships
• Must possess a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
