Job Summary

A company is looking for a PACS IT Support Specialist to provide Tier I technical support for PACS products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Record and track client interactions in the ticketing system, maintaining accurate records
  • Assist with installations and updates of PACS software and escalate complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in technical support or IT-related roles
  • Familiarity with PACS software and applications
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support
  • Understanding of compliance regulations such as HIPAA and ERISA
