Job Summary
An online fashion subscription and personal styling service company is filling a position for a Remote Paid Social Growth Marketing Senior Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Employing a data-backed approach to decision making & campaign management
- Owning campaign planning, launch, and ongoing management/optimization of key campaigns across Paid Social channels
- Partnering closely with the in-house/external creative team to develop, test, and continuously optimize the channel creative strategy
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS degree
- Excellent analytical skills
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, dedicated to paid social campaigns management at-scale
- You live and breathe the paid social and broader DR ad industry
- Have experience with Facebook and other social channel's native UI
