Job Summary
A manufacturing company has a current position open for a Remote Paper and Packaging Inside Sales Representative II.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop deep rapport with assigned customers with the goal of understanding their business, challenges & decision makers
- Improve our customer experience while also driving sales by creating both cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Develop a working knowledge of our enterprise solutions and continue learning by studying new products
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to manage full book of assigned accounts, spanning multiple business units
- Comfortable making dozens of calls per day
- Excellent phone presence, verbal, and written communication skills
- 3+ years of external sales experience, preferably B2B in an inside role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
