Remote Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Part-Time Paralegal for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare documentation for mediation sessions and settlement discussions
• Examine discovery records and organize supporting documents for attorney access
• Assist with case preparation, including maintaining files and tracking deadlines

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a general practice setting
• Working knowledge of discovery processes, civil litigation, and trial preparation
• Strong discretion and professionalism in handling confidential legal matters
• Experience with case management software and legal support tools is preferred
• Familiarity with family law or discrimination-related matters is an asset
