Remote Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a growing legal team, the full-time Remote Paralegal will manage the contract review queue, draft and redline agreements, and maintain the contract repository while utilizing AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the contract review queue, including drafting, redlining, and signature tracking
• Draft and redline standard agreements such as NDAs and vendor contracts
• Maintain the contract repository and ensure the template library is current and accessible

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or fast-growing company
• Proven ability to draft, review, and redline commercial contracts
• Experience with legal operations in Ironclad or a similar CLM system
• Demonstrated success in managing legal intake systems and high-volume workstreams
• Experience with litigation holds and discovery coordination
