Job Summary

Supporting legal and compliance functions, the part-time hourly Remote Paralegal will manage landlord-tenant matters, assist with employment-related documentation, and ensure operational compliance across a growing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage legal matters related to landlord-tenant issues, including lease documentation and evictions
• Assist with employment-related legal documentation and compliance in accordance with U.S. labor laws
• Prepare and maintain business licenses, registrations, and corporate compliance records

Required qualifications

• Experience in landlord-tenant legal matters and property management processes
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment and labor law
• Experience with business licenses and corporate compliance documentation
• Ability to manage multiple legal priorities in a fast-paced environment
