Remote Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting established law firms remotely, the part-time hourly Remote Paralegal will manage cases from intake to resolution, draft legal documents, and conduct research while ensuring attorneys are well-prepared for their cases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution and track deadlines
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and prepare court filings
• Conduct legal and factual research while coordinating discovery and trial preparation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in a U.S. law firm
• Experience supporting at least two practice areas such as Litigation or Family Law
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a remote environment
