A pharmaceutical company is seeking a Remote Paralegal.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist with reviewing vendor contracts
  • Review confidentiality agreements
  • Draft termination letters to vendors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree
  • 5 years paralegal, legal assistant, or contracts administrator experience IN
  • Pharmaceutical industry, law firm, or corporate legal department
  • Proficiency in online research
  • Strong computer skills- working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
