Job Summary
A cybersecurity company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Paralegal.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of IP support functions
- Assist in tracking of outside counsel billing and invoices
- Provide legal research assistance as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree or paralegal certification
- 8+ years of recent, relevant experience
- Must have highly proficient knowledge of word processing software
- Must be able to work independently with minimal attorney supervision
- Experience with and current knowledge of patent and trademark prosecution rules
- Analytical reasoning skills and ability to interpret rules and instructions accurately
