Job Summary
A computer software company is seeking a Remote Paralegal.
Must be able to:
- Proof and edit drafts of order forms and confidentiality agreements
- Assist with filing and auditing of contracts and templates
- Assist with company responses to RFPs and customers’ vendor questionnaires
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree, with strong academic record
- 5-10 years of law firm and/or in-house experience required
- Must be comfortable working independently with little oversight in a fast-paced environment
