Job Summary
A privately-held engineering and electronics company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Paralegal.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting attorneys with preparation, review, and organization of documents
- Contacting and communicating directly with existing and new franchise candidates
- Conducting legal and factual research
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or certification in paralegal studies, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of paralegal experience
- Demonstrated technology and process improvement aptitude
- Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
