- Drafting, reviewing and analyzing a variety of agreements
- Identifying the major legal issues and risks and providing recommendations
- Organizing and maintaining agreements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved Paralegal program
- Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- A minimum of 1-year experience with SaaS licensing agreements and nondisclosure agreements
- Good project management skills
