Job Summary
A provider of family support services is filling a position for a Remote Parenting Family Support Guide.
Must be able to:
- Provide premium service to our members by providing guidance
- Seek guidance when support and member needs fall outside of your scope of expertise
- Provide detailed and timely completion of administrative and supplemental activities
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience providing support to families around parenting
- Comfort supporting members from pregnancy through teen years
- Ability to provide evidence-based support to members
- Comfort with professional software such as Google Drive, chat-based team collaboration apps
- An ability to apply insight and understanding about emotions and human responses
