Remote Part-Time Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant (Remote, Contract, 10 hours/month).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting and bookkeeping duties for a C corp in the food manufacturing or CPG industry
• Oversee and reconcile accounts, focusing on client deductions, chargebacks, and complex reconciliations
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, statements, and supporting schedules

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive-level role
• Prior experience working with food manufacturing or CPG clients
• Strong, hands-on QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Proven track record managing client deductions, chargebacks, or trade promotions
• Experience with expense management and approval workflow via Zoho (highly preferred)
