Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Investigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations into complaints related to Title IX, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all investigation activities and findings
• Draft detailed investigation reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience conducting investigations related to discrimination and harassment
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with a diverse workforce
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
• Ability to manage cases and maintain confidentiality
