Job Summary

Small well-established integrative telemedicine consultation practice needs an energetic, self-motivated individual who has over the top organizational skills, is able to take control of the front desk .
I'm looking for someone who needs little or no supervision and is a team player.
Bring your enthusiasm, positive attitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional work ethic to work every day. Hourly salary will depend on experience.
This is a part-time position. Availability from 8 PM to 4 PM PST to answer calls, return emails and help patients. This position will start immediately.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Administrative experience - in a medical practice a plus!
2. Experienced with using MS Office, Word, and Excel.
3.You can work this position from home, but while you are on the phone with patients, it needs to be quiet and professional (no background noise).
4.You need to have your own computer, Strong, stable internet connection a must.
5. Ability to patiently help patients navigate an online system to help set them up for appointments.
5. Your main responsibility is successful communications. With compassion and empathy, your communications with the clinic patients and people who call the practice will be the measure of success.
6. Knowledge in naturopathic/ holistic medicine is a plus.
7. Experience in electronic medical records a plus.
8. Must have CONFIDENCE in everything that you do.
9. You must enjoy handling the phones and emails.
10.Being able to represent the clinic in a positive way to build clientele.
11. You must be able to screen and prioritize phone calls for me showing care and respect to everyone you communicate with.
12. You must be able to convey accurately and compassionately the office policies to patients when questions arise.
13. You will communicate and act as liaison between patients and myself.
