Job Summary
A group of agencies that offers a variety of staffing solutions is filling a position for a Remote Part Time Temporary Executive Assistant in New York City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting two senior executives at the firm with a variety of administrative tasks as requested
- Scheduling and calendar management, assisting with meeting preparation, supporting logistical tasks at the firm
- helping with investor questions and documents, aiding in office lease negations, proofreading documents, and completing other administrative tasks as requested
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to work on a 3 - 6 month temporary contract
- Ability to work a 20 hour per week schedule preferably working Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Ability to support logistical tasks at the firm
- Ability to be proactive and keeping the two executives on top of their schedule
- 5 + years of Executive Assistant experience
- Proficiency in the Google Suite
