Remote Participant Eco System Lead Senior Director

Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company has a current position open for a Remote Participant Eco System Lead Senior Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Be accountable to manage, upskill and grow a team of 3-4 Channel leads and 5+ contractors
• Deploy flawless delivery of eco-system products to study teams across all TAs and in-scope countries
• Lead team of product owners to establish a continuous test, learn and optimize model and create portfolio-wide best practices

Required Skills:

• BA or BS required, Advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years digital, CRM or product marketing experience in a highly regulated industry
• Track record of leading teams in stewarding high-quality digital and multi-channel ecosystems
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practice and the clinical trial and recruitment process
• Excellent analytic skills and proven experience in establishing test, learn, optimize framework
