Job Summary
A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Participant Engagement Strategist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Proactively consulting with client executives, transition managers and other business areas
- Maintaining a high level of responsiveness with internal and external customers
- Developing plan-level communication strategies and/or project communication strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Moderate travel (up to 20%) to visit clients onsite
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism or equivalent experience
- Eight years of financial services and or/company benefit experience
- Advanced knowledge of pension products and services
- Client relationship management skills for consulting with clients regarding communication services
- Experience in communication planning and execution
