A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Participant Services Correspondence Representative .
Must be able to:
- Provide written responses to participant emails, website chat requests, and requests for custom letters
- Maintain quality standards regarding grammar format and content
- Assist new associates in their transition into the department

- Without a degree, 2 years of experience working with customers
- Strong understanding of sentence structure and grammar rules
