Remote Partner Alliances Business Operations Analyst
Job Summary
A cybersecurity software company has a current position open for a Remote Partner Alliances Business Operations Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert and single point of contact for assigned Partner capabilities
- Interface with IT teams, providing, prioritization, user stories, user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain a governance model for assigned capabilities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of Partner Operations experience in a fast-growing SaaS company
- Experience managing key capabilities such as Deal Registration, Partner On-boarding, and more
- Strong proficiency with SFDC/Salesforce.com
- trong analytical background and ability to flush out anomalies
- Expertise in business applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and BI (Domo a plus)
