Job Summary

A non-profit organization dedicated to Christian ministry is seeking a Remote Partner Care Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Utilizing strong customer service skills with a friendly and pleasant tone while interacting with partners
• Utilizing excellent listening skills and demonstrating the ability to empathize with others

Position Requirements Include:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a Call Center
• Demosntrated knowledge of the Bible and ability to pray concise, scripture-based prayers
• Ability to communicate professionally with good oral and written communication skills, including proper use of sentence structure, grammar, and spelling
• Demonstrated good computer skills including use of Windows-based operating system, web browser, meeting tools, email programs with ability to navigate multiple applications and learn new software
• Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
• Availability Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm EST and one Saturday or Sunday a month
